Makes 1 cup
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped tender fresh herbs (such as tarragon, basil, cilantro or watercress)
- 1 cup olive oil, + more as needed
- 1 clove of garlic, minced, or 1 T finely chopped shallot
- 1 T white or apple vinegar
- Sea salt to taste
Mix ingredients together.
If the sauce is too thick to pour, add up to another 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil.
